1. Shipping and Delivery

When ordering goods, the delivery costs are stated. The packages will be delivered to your nearest DAO pick-up spot.
Orders will be shipped on Wednesday, with orders placed the day before sooner than 4 pm, will be sent on Wednesday. There is no handling fee on, and all shipments are of course properly wrapped in suitable packaging.

2. Ordering

All prices on the website are incl. VAT and other taxes.
When you shop with Cool-Coffee, agreements are made in the following languages: Danish
Once we have received your order, you will receive per. email an order confirmation.

3. Payment

At you can pay with:

• Dankort
• Visa/Dankort
• Visa Electron
• Mastercard

If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. Cool-Coffee uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in our payment system, so you have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store. The data you send in connection with purchases paid for with payment cards is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read them. Neither Cool-Coffee nor others have the ability to read the data.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped from Cool-Coffee. A greater amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

You can NOT prepay by account-to-account payment. You can only pay by debit card, as this form of payment gives you the best consumer rights, as you can get your money back if you contact your bank. You can get your money back if:

• You have not received the item.
• You have been the victim of an abuse of your card information.
• You have regretted the purchase before you received the item at e.g. to refuse to receive it or not to pick it up at the post office.
• A higher amount has been deducted than you had approved when ordering.

4. Right of return

If the items shipped do not match your requirements, you can get your money back. There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The item simply needs to be returned in the same condition and quantity as received within 14 days of receipt.
Please enclose an invoice, a description of why the item is returned and the bank registration number and account number on which the money is to be deposited. We do not send checks or cash. As a customer, you are responsible for shipping costs from your home to Cool-Coffee. The item(s) should be sent to the address below:

Note - We do not accept packages sent by collection or similar. If you refuse to receive the item from the postal service, it will be sent back to us and we will credit the full amount to your account.
If you have sent an item in for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation / complaint.

5. Right of complaint

When you shop at, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint once you have received the item. This means that if the item was defective at the time of delivery, you can get the exchange, get the money back or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or storage of the product or other damaging behavior.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If the complaint is made within two months, the complaint will always be timely. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. When you want to advertise a product, send it to our address:

Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund you your costs.
