6 cl Cool-Coffee
6 cl milk/cream

Cool Tip: You can replace milk with cocoa. Add a squeeze of orange liquor to provide that final twist.

Description (Garnish): Mix Cool-Coffee half/half with milk for a simple cool interpretation of the classic White-Russian drink. Also works as shaken shots.


1 cl Galiano
2,5 cl Cool-Coffee
shaken cream

Cool Tip: Also works without Galiano.

Description (Garnish): Use cold Cool-Coffee instead of hot coffee, and top it off with some shaken cream. A cool interpretation of the classic Galiano Hot Shot

4 cl Cool-Coffee
2,5 cl rum
3,5 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl gomme
(+ 3 drops of chocolate-bitters)

Cool Tip: Use eggwhite for foam (Dry-shake)

Description (Garnish): Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon-wheel. The rum and the added a twist of coffee accommodates the lemon very well.

3 cl Cool-Coffee
3 cl vodka
6 cl cooled espresso
(+2 drops chocolate bitters)

Cool Tip: You can replace some of the vodka with more Cool-Coffee.

Description (Garnish): Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans. Our interpretation of the classic Espresso-Martini cocktail, but with a cool twist
Lime Muddle
3,5 cl Cool-Coffee
2,5 cl tequila
1 cl vanilla syrup
6 cl ginger-ale

Cool Tip: Muddle lime and sugar (not squeeze) to exudes both their fragrant juices and essential oils, before adding alcohol & ice

Description (Garnish): Put muddle lime in the glass, and fill it with ice cubes. Shake rest of the ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
2,5 cl Cool-Coffee
1,5 cl vodka, 1,5 cl rum, 1,5 cl gin, 1,5 cl Triple Sec
2,5 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl gomme
6 cl cranberry juice

Cool Tip:Also works as a punch

Description (Garnish): Pour cranberry juice at the bottom of a big glass filled with ice cubes. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and strain on top the cranberry juice. Garnish with an orange wheel. Our interpretation of the Boston Ice Tea, but with a cool twist.

3 cl rum
2 cl coconut syrup
5 cl pineapple juice, 2 cl lime juice

Cool Tip:We recommend dark rum, and the juice from real limes

Description (Garnish): Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. The aromatic flavours of coffee and coconut complement surprisingly will well together.

2 cl passion puree (Ponthier)
4 cl orange juice
1,5 cl gomme

Cool Tip: It’s all about using the right passion puree, we recommend using Ponthier Passion Puree

Description (Garnish): An exotic drink with a softness to it, where the coffee flavours only serve as a hint in the end. Garnish with orange-peel.
